  • Who prepares it?
    We have experienced corporate lawyers and accountants who prepares the amendment and other checklists. As a member of Corporations Canada, we have direct access to the government system and hence, our licensed registry agent submit through through the system.
  • What are the steps we follow?
    Articles of amendment done in 6 steps:
    Step 1: Your order will be reviewed by specialists.
    Step 2: Retrieval of your corporate profile by us.
    Step : Legal team prepare the amended article.
    Step 4: Completed all papers goes to our registry agent.
    Step 5: Our agent file through government system.
    Step 6: Final documents sent to you through email.
  • How fast it is done?
    It depends on your selection of government processing queue. You will find in following page, you have option to choose from 3 processing queues, i.e. regular, express and urgent.
  • Details of Amendment

  • Please avoid mentioning of any specific name of any corporation or organization in the amendment. If you mention so, government may require to obtain a consent from those organizations. If further clarification or documents are needed, our team will contact you by phone or email.
  • Your Corporation Identification

  • Drop files here or
    Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, doc, docx.
  • Sure, you can send the documents through email or fax. After you place the order, you should receive the order confirmation email. You can simply reply to that email with an attachment.
  • As per filing, we have to obtain the corporation's article, profile and relevant documents. If you can upload any relevant document, the process could be faster. If you do not have any document, please write whatever you know (corporation's address, activities, year of registration etc.)

  • What documents should I upload?
    You can upload corporation's certificate or article or annual return confirmation or any document that shows corporation's name or number.
  • Can I send documents later?
    Yes. You can send the documents through email or fax. After you place the order, you should receive the order confirmation email. You can simply reply to that email with an attachment.
  • Govt. Processing Queue

  • Please note, these are estimated processing time. In some situations (holiday season or long weekend or too many urgent requests), government may take longer than normal time.
