Service displayed on the website is only can be delivered in Canada and prices are shown only in Canadian currency (CAD).

Identity Verification and Authorization for Payment
IncorpMaster™ follows the standard rules of identity verification and obtain payment authorization consent, where the payee is listed neither as a Director nor a Incorporator in nor a owner nor a partner in the business. In such case, IncorpMaster™ won’t be able to process the business registration, until a successful verification of identity of the payer is completed and a consent of authorization for the payment is obtained. If the payment is completed through an E-transfer method, the payee may skip this process.
Cut-off Time
IncorMaster™ offers its services through out the whole country based on the local provincial government’s business hours. Therefore, the cut off time is 3:00 PM of your local time. If you are placing an order for Ontario, the cut off time is 3:00 PM EST, and therefore, any order that comes after 3:00 PM, would be considered as of next day order. Similarly, if you are placing an order for Alberta, the cut off time would be 3:00 PM MST. Therefore, any Alberta order that comes after 3:00 PM MST, would be considered as of next day order. Similar day cut off policy is followed for other provinces as well.

Miscellaneous
Unless otherwise specified, IncorpMaster™ plays this Site and the Contents solely to market and promote services in Canada. IncorpMaster™ controls and operates this Site from its offices in Vancouver, BC Canada. These Terms shall be construed according to Canadian Law, without regard to conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms, the Contents, the use of the Site, or products or services purchased using this Site. Shall be resolved exclusively by the provincial courts of British Columbia, Canada. Your use of the Site constitutes your consent to the jurisdiction and venue of said courts with respect to any such dispute. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and IncorpMaster™ relating to the Site or its Contents. Any other agreements between you and IncorpMaster™ are superseded and have no force or effect.
Termination
If IncorpMaster™ believes you have failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions mentioned on this Site, or for any other or no reason. IncorpMaster™, may deny you access to the Site immediately without notice. The restrictions, including restrictions with respect to the Content, disclaimers and liability limitations in these Terms shall continue to apply. Upon denial of access, it is your obligation to destroy all Content downloaded or obtained from this Site.
Refund and Return Policy
IncorpMaster™ follows the legendary customer satisfaction business model. Therefore, we are proud to ensure our products & services with customers’ satisfaction. Service fees and applicable government fees are non-refundable. Once we have received the order, our specialists start to process the order and hence we are unable to refund once we have started to process. Because we provide services and not a physical product, we are unable to refund as of physical products. However, if you have placed an order by error, please call us immediately (by 30 minutes of placing order) or send us an email if we are not reachable. Also, in case you experience a delay or non-satisfactory services, please do not hesitate to contact with the latest information on your order. Upon review and case by case basis, refunds and returns could be available for additional services purchased. As the part of the package which is yet to complete with the condition to customers’ consent of Refund Release Agreement. In such case, please prepare your payment receipts or order details or any equivalent proof of purchase. We would be very happy to correct ourselves and refund you if you have been wrongly billed. For any non-clarity on billing, please contact us as soon as possible. The price is charged based on your total incorporation package and No Partial refund can be requested if the business is already registered. In case of business name, providing a business name that is in compliance with government, is the mere responsibility of the client. In case a name is rejected, the client must provide an alternative name and wait for processing time of the government, or proceed with numbered company. IncorpMaster™ DOES NOT refund in such case. For CRA Accounts and WCB/WSIB/WSB, it’s the mere responsibility of the customer to provide correct information on a timely manner. Failed to provide the correct information on a timely manner, may result the service to be delayed or incomplete, and IncorpMaster™ does not issue refund for such case. Any refund case is considered only and only if IncorpMaster™ fails to register the business or fails to complete the services after all necessary information is provided on a timely manner.

IncorpMaster™ honors and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (‘Policy’) embodies our commitment to its protection through adherence to fair electronic information practices. This Policy puts you, the individual, in control of how your personal information is processed. Our Accountability
By purchasing our services, you obtain the protections of, and consent to the data processing practices described in, this Terms and Conditions. Instantly you purchase our services, you also become representation to us that you have provided notice to. And obtained consent from, any third party individuals whose personal data you supply to us with regard to: (i). The purposes for which such third party’s personal data have been collected, (ii). The intended recipients or categories of recipients of the third party’s personal data, (iii). Which of the third party’s data are obligatory and which data, if any, are voluntary, and (iv). How the third party can access and, if necessary, rectify the data held about them. In addition to the privacy protections that we provide, our employees, agents and business partners are independently responsible for ensuring compliance with this Privacy Policy, as described below.
